Flicker, designed by ACB in 2002, is a free geometric display font built from angular, segmented strokes. Repeated diagonal cuts divide the letters into triangular facets, giving their open outlines the look of folded panels or early vector graphics.

Posters for electronic music are its clearest setting, with the fractured construction echoing waveform displays and low-resolution game imagery. The same sharp geometry can shape arcade branding, album artwork, and digital event graphics, but it is most convincing when the lettering itself becomes part of a technological pattern.
