Color Basic from Typodermic Fonts Inc. is a free pixel font with the stark, upright look of an early computer display. Its tall capitals are mostly narrow, with squared arches and sharply simplified diagonals. Several letters use open gaps and clipped joins that give the alphabet a lean, technical profile.

It suits arcade game interfaces and electronic music posters, but its clean geometry also fits technology packaging and event signage. In branding, the lettering can turn a product name into a compact screen-style emblem with a deliberate retro-digital identity.

The first TRS-80 Color Computer models did not include lowercase letters; instead, they used inverse capitals. Color Basic includes accents, symbols, and block elements.
