Stereofidelic by Ray Larabie of Typodermic Fonts Inc. is a free decorative display font with a tall, compressed silhouette. Its uneven widths and warped strokes give the letters a hand-cut poster quality. Pointed drops and arrow-like details create a strong downward pull.

Concert posters are its clearest setting, especially for experimental rock or electronic events. The narrow letters also suit album covers, club signage, and fashion graphics with a restless edge. Pointed details can echo directional icons and stage graphics, making the lettering part of the event's motif.

Stereofidelic was created in 1999. The latest version includes redrawn characters and a new set of alternates. In applications that support OpenType, letters are automatically shuffled.

The font includes a license permitting free commercial use, sometimes called a desktop license. It allows you to install the font on a computer. See the license agreement for details.

Embedding the font in an app, ebook, on the web, or in anything else not covered by the desktop license agreement requires a different license. Contact the designer for assistance.
