Storybook, a free retro storybook display font generated by Fontographer 3.5, leans into fairy-tale lettering with big rolling curves and soft, chunky serifs. The letters feel a little medieval and a little 1970s revival, with teardrop joins, swooping tails, and a rounded weight that keeps the mood playful rather than solemn.

It fits book covers, poster headlines, boutique packaging, cafe signs, and title cards where a free font needs a touch of folklore without going full blackletter.
